Noise On Roof At Night. Creaking wheezing or popping sounds happen at nighttime due to cooler weather. Recently i have been experiencing a continual banging noise eminating from my roof at night it can get loud enough to wake up the family and seems to pulse or surge as in it goes quiet and then starts banging or rattling quietly at first getting louder and then it fades away again.
The frequency of the noise varies either louder or softer depending on their mood. Rats and mice infest buildings by crawling and climbing through gaps in the walls under floors above ceilings and through roof spaces. The walls may simply just be thin.

I have had experience with both living in a loft for two years with. So far that has fixed the problem. I have had experience with both living in a loft for two years with. Rats on the roof is never a good sign and while they may not be as noisy or as easy to spot as raccoons or larger animals spotting a rat on the roof is definitely a sign to be concerned about.
